One of the largest sturgeon ever caught and recorded in Canada was in British Columbia. It weighted over 1,000 LBS and measured over 11 feet. It took 4 guys and over 6 hours to land this monster! Fishing Tip Walleyes will usually hang around covered areas such as weeds, rocks and timber falls looking for food to come out. Since they are a very predatory fish, walleye will wait and cicle the outer area and wait for food. Walleye will stay close to these structures as long as they're not forced to vacate.
