Quiet Time: is between 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During these hours, please be considerate of your fellow campers. There is NO loud music at any time and turned low at 10PM. Chiblow Lake Lodge is a family campground and will not tolerate parties or drinking outside your temporary residence and/or campsite area. Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children and must have them in their campsite by 11:00 PM.
Visitors: Guests are responsible for the behavior of everybody on their site. If your guests break the rules, the entire booking can be cancelled. If your guests are misbehaving, report it to the manager on duty and have them removed from your site before it becomes a disturbance to your neighbors. There is no refund if you are evicted. All visitors must register at the office upon arrival and be off of the campground property by 11:00 PM.
Pet Owners: (Strict enforcement of these rules is the only way we are able to accommodate pets.) All pets must be kept of a leash at all times! You are responsible for any clean-ups! Pets are not allowed on the beach! A plastic bag for waste pickup must be carried out at all times when walking your pet! Pets must not be left unattended at the site. The dogs are not allowed on the docks or shoreline.
Any pet owners caught breaking any of the above rules will be fined as follows:
First Offense $5.00, additional offences will be increased by $5.00
Security: Nightly 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM. If problems occur on or around your campsite that is making your stay unpleasant, or if the campground rules are being broken, please contact the MANAGER ON DUTY for immediate action.
Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in 4:00 PM - Check-out 11:00 AM.
No Refund on Rent: Rent is due and payable in advance. All annual renewal fees are due May 1st every year. RV’s that do not pay their annual fee on time will be removed.
Occupancy: Maximum of two (2) vehicles is allowed per site. An additional charge will be applied for extra 3rd or 4th vehicle. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to these rules.
RV’s: Extra fridges are $40 per year. RV’s must be removed before October.
Changing your campsite: Before you build a deck; cut down any trees or branches to improve your campsite area please consult with the manager on duty for approval. Any sheds must have the location approved prior to placement and one shed per site.
Garbage: Please have garbage container on roadside for pick-up before 6PM daily. Each campsite must be kept neat and keep all trails litter free.
Water: The waste water from showers and sinks must be disposed in the properly designated areas.
Speed Limit: Watch for your fellow campers, the speed limit in the campground is 20 km/hr in the park PLEASE.
Swimming: No lifeguard on duty at any time and all swimming and water recreation is at your own risk.
Swim in the designated swim area. Children under the age of 12 must have an adult present at all times.
Boating: Boats and personal watercraft are not to be operated within the swimming area. Engine power must be cut when entering the swimming area and proceeding to the dock.
Shower House: The shower house is for the rustic trailers only. Washrooms will be maintained on a daily basis. Please use alternative washroom if required. Please dump port-a-potties in sani-dump only.
Campfires: Small campfires are permitted in fire rings only. All campfires must be completely out before leaving them unattended. No burning garbage (paper only). Also, there are fire extinguishers in every cabin and NO barbeques on the decks. The lodge provides all firewood and can be picked up at the main office. Please do not bring in firewood.
Trees: Prior approval required when cutting trees and branches. Please do not drive nails or spikes into any tree or peel bark from the trees.
Motorized Vehicles: ATV’s, golf carts, etc. must be driven by a licensed driver. Do not drive on any grass in the campground, use the path. Please adhere to the quiet time rules, no driving through the park after 11 PM.
Docks: The two main docks are reserved for the cabin customers. The other docks are $100 per year to put on the shoreline. No glass bottles or containers will be left on any of the docks. No alcoholic beverages allowed on docks.
Boat Launch: All visitors must register themselves and their vehicles at office. User fees can be paid there, if applicable.
Fish Shack: All fish must be cleaned at the fish shack. Please be kind and keep clean.
Parking: All vehicles must be registered with the office and use the designated parking areas. There is a designated parking spot for boat trailers after boat launch fees are paid. There is NO parking in front of the two main docks.
Renewals: You can renew the same site for the same time slot if it is seven days or longer, renewals can be done at the office.
